Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026.

This policy explains how InferenceWorx ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through inferenceworx.com.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form or email us, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, company, role, and details about your intended use case, deployment environment and expected usage.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
  • To prepare recommendations and quotes you have requested.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Where data-protection laws such as the UK or EU GDPR apply, we process enquiry information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Sharing

Enquiries are delivered by email using Cloudflare's services and stored in our email system. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate these services, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any legally required period afterwards. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@inferenceworx.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
